Talents that enrol in our traineeships get a certified Talent Development Officer to coach them. Together, they draw up a personal development plan crafted to each trainee’s specific needs and ambitions.

Whether it’s other trainees you meet during your training sessions, senior Projective Group consultants, your team at the client or Projective Talent alumni – we believe it’s important to be a part of something bigger and keep building towards a common goal. Having that community is one of the pillars of our company culture.

We regularly organise occasions where all trainees can get together: During our bi-annual Meeting of the Minds, we share insights and tell each other about our experiences on the job. But we make sure to have plenty of informal meetups as well. These occasions are just about making friends and having a good time. There are regular afterwork events in our office bar, and fun events that are always memorable (beach party, anyone?).
