You will join a leading financial institution that is actively expanding the use of Artificial Intelligence across its technology landscape. The environment combines software engineering, data expertise and business collaboration, with a strong focus on improving developer productivity, software quality and delivery speed. The role offers the opportunity to contribute to AI-enabled transformation initiatives while working within established engineering and compliance frameworks.
Your Tasks
- Identify opportunities to apply AI across the software development lifecycle.
- Analyse engineering journeys and uncover improvement opportunities.
- Facilitate workshops with engineering teams and key stakeholders.
- Design scalable AI-enabled solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Support the implementation of coding copilots and intelligent automation tools.
- Define success metrics and monitor solution adoption and impact.
- Promote engineering best practices and AI-assisted delivery approaches.
Your skills
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in software engineering, solution architecture, AI engineering, or a related field.
- Good understanding of modern software development practices, frameworks and architectures.
- Hands-on experience with AI, Generative AI, machine learning or intelligent automation solutions.
- Knowledge of technologies such as LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, DevOps and CI/CD is an asset.
- Strong analytical thinking and a structured approach to problem solving.
- Effective stakeholder management, communication and collaboration skills.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a plus.
