As an Insurance Solution & Delivery Specialist, you help bridge business needs and solution delivery within leading insurance environments. You will join projects within leading insurance organisations in Belgium, supporting teams that focus on business change, product delivery and solution optimisation. These environments combine business and technology stakeholders to improve processes, products and customer experiences. You will contribute to initiatives that help organisations adapt, innovate and deliver sustainable value.
Your Tasks
• Analyse business needs and translate them into functional solutions.
• Facilitate workshops and gather requirements from stakeholders.
• Bridge the gap between business teams and IT colleagues.
• Support the design and optimisation of insurance products and processes.
• Define priorities and contribute to product or project roadmaps.
• Coordinate solution delivery activities across different stakeholders.
• Contribute to digital transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Your skills
• You have 2 to 8 years of relevant experience within the insurance sector.• You have experience as a Product Owner, Functional Analyst, Solution Analyst or Business Analyst, or you are eager to grow into such a role from an operational insurance background.
• You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or can demonstrate equivalent experience.
• You combine strong analytical skills with a pragmatic, hands-on mindset.
• You communicate clearly and build constructive relationships with stakeholders.
• You enjoy translating complex challenges into practical and workable solutions.
• You take ownership and work in a structured and collaborative manner.
You are professionally proficient in Dutch or French and English.
