You will join a leading Belgian insurance player operating in a cooperative and purpose-driven environment. The organisation is undergoing a major IT transformation, modernising its non-life landscape through the introduction of new platforms and frontend applications. You will work in a cross-functional setting where business and IT collaborate closely to deliver sustainable and customer-oriented solutions.
Your Tasks
• Define and manage the product roadmap for non-life applications.
• Translate business needs into clear and prioritised product backlogs.
• Coordinate and align activities across multiple Product Owners.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders across business and IT.
• Guide delivery teams throughout the full product lifecycle.
• Ensure consistency and quality across product increments.
• Support the transformation programme with a structured and pragmatic approach.
Your skills
• You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent through experience.• You have at least 4 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role, with senior exposure.
• You have experience within financial services, preferably in insurance or a comparable environment.
• You are fluent in English and speak Dutch or French.
• You have strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• You work in a structured way and take ownership in complex environments.
• You feel comfortable coordinating and guiding other Product Owners.
• You are a collaborative team player with a pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset.
