Client: ABN AMRO
Support the ARROW programme (AGRC replacement) as a Senior Business Analyst / Business Developer. Activities include requirements engineering, stakeholder management, data governance, data modelling, source-to-target mapping, data migration analysis, MetricStream integration requirements, reference data onboarding, reporting requirements, and supporting the transition from AGRC and SAS-based reporting solutions to CoDaC.
The role will be responsible for analysing current and target data structures, defining mappings between systems, and ensuring data can be migrated and governed effectively in the future-state landscape.
The job
⬡ Documented and approved requirements for the migration of historical AGRC data to the future-state landscape.
⬡ Defined and validated source-to-target mappings for migrated data.
⬡ Documented conceptual and logical data models supporting the future-state CoDaC data model.
⬡ Documented and validated business requirements for MetricStream integrations, including data sourcing and reporting needs.
⬡ Established data governance, data quality and traceability requirements aligned with BCBS239 commitments.
⬡ Achieved stakeholder sign-off on key ARROW data migration, integration, and reporting deliverables according to agreed programme milestones.
Your skills
⬡ Senior Business Analyst / Business Developer experience in data transformation programmes.⬡ Strong data modelling skills, including conceptual, logical, and physical data modelling.
⬡ Proven experience with data migration projects, including source-to-target mapping and migrations between different platforms, applications, or data providers.
⬡ Experience gathering and translating business requirements into data and reporting requirements.
⬡ Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
⬡ Knowledge of data governance, data quality, data lineage, and metadata management.
⬡ Experience in financial services, risk management, or other regulated environments.
⬡ Familiarity with BCBS239 and enterprise data platforms is preferred.
This assignment supports the strategic ARROW programme and CoDaC roadmap. The role is critical for delivering AGRC replacement, historical data migration, MetricStream integration, and indirectly BCBS239 Program commitments.
