Tasks:
- You help deliver innovative solutions that align business and technology agendas.
- You define requirements, analyze complex processes to implement effective solutions
- You develop and prioritise change requirements (epics and user stories) and document them.
- You act as an intermediary between business and technology stakeholders to align project outcomes with technology/business strategy.
- You contribute to the delivery of technology assessments, strategy development, and project execution.
- You work with Product Owners and scrum team members to drive requirements (user stories) through the full delivery lifecycle (design, build, test, and deploy).
Your skills
- You are eager to build a career in Financial Services whether as a Subject Matter Expert or in a leading role
- It’s big plus to have previous working experience at Bank, Insurance Company, FMI (Financial Market Infrastructure) or Consultant
- You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and have an entrepreneurial mindset
- It’s a plus to have previous experience in technology delivery, digital transformation or IT advisory
- Knowledge of relational databases, SQL, Python, R or equivalent data programming languages is a strong asset
- You have a Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Commercial Engineering, Applied Economics, Business Engineering, or a related field
- You have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Fluent in Dutch and/or French and in English
