You will join a large, established insurance organisation with a strong position in long-term financial protection and Employee Benefits. The environment is collaborative and people-focused, with close cooperation between business and IT and a culture that encourages ownership, learning and continuous improvement. The current focus is on making second-pillar pension and group insurance services simpler, more transparent and increasingly digital for employers, brokers and insured members.
Your Tasks
• Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap and priorities for key Employee Benefits products and processes.
• Translate customer needs, business goals and regulatory requirements into clear features, epics and user stories.
• Own and prioritise the product backlog based on business value, feasibility and customer impact.
• Improve and digitalise journeys for employers, brokers, insured members and internal teams.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, Agile teams, architects, operations and other Product Owners.
• Validate delivered solutions and ensure they meet business requirements and expected customer outcomes.
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies and support planning, reviews and continuous improvement.
Your skills
• You bring strong knowledge of Employee Benefits, second-pillar pensions and group insurance.• You have at least five years of relevant experience in product ownership, digital transformation, customer journey redesign, project management or business transformation.
• You hold a Bachelor’s degree or have equivalent professional experience.
• You are familiar with Agile or Scrum ways of working; experience in a SAFe environment is an advantage.
• You combine structured analysis and problem-solving with an end-to-end customer perspective.
• You communicate clearly, manage stakeholders confidently and create alignment across business and IT.
• You take ownership, balance long-term direction with short-term delivery and help colleagues navigate change.
• You are fluent in Dutch or French and English.
