Client - ABN AMRO
Non-Financial Risk control specialist within the End to End NFR progamme, which is a regulatory, organisation-wide change programme with high strategic and regulatory priority. We have an urgent capacity gap and are trying to fill it in via internal and external resourcing.
The job
To secure capacity on very short term we need contracting capacity. Work will focus on the optimisation of controls, starting with follow-up on existing analysis of gaps and preliminary guidance, following which a 'wave' of clean up has to take place. Clean up and improve risk and control frameworks in selected area's. Working with other workstreams within the project, Policy/Risk Type Owners, BaU (risk) teams and 1st line owners of the controls.
Results:
- Risk and Control Framework optimisation/clean up of control gaps.
- Redesigned standards, guidelines, procedures, trainings and communication for stakeholders.
Your skills
- Proven knowledge of key banking processes and building and implementing sound (Non-Financial) Risk and Control Frameworks
- Sound knowlegde of control design, and testing of control effectiveness.
- Strong knowledge of GRC workflows.
